Please read our policies carefully. Violating any of these policies may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• 72 hours notice is required to change the time, date or duration of your tattoo appointment.

• You must be 18 years or older. We do not accept minors, regardless of parental or guardianship consent. 

• Government issued ID is required at every appointment.

• Artemisia artists will not tattoo anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

• Infants and children under the age of 16 are not permitted to attend tattoo appointments. 

• You must eat a full meal within 2 hours of your tattoo appointment to avoid fainting.

• If you show up tanned or sunburned on the day of your tattoo, you may be refused service.

• Each client can reschedule a total of 3 times before an administration fee is imposed.
